Dysport® Wrinkle Relaxer for Frown Lines

Dysport® (abobotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription medicine that Dr. Rand injects into small facial muscles to relax the appearance of wrinkles and lines.  Dysport® has been widely used in Europe for many years and Dr. Rand participated in the clinical studies here in the United States for 6 years.  Dysport® became FDA approved in the U.S.  in April 2009.   Dysport® can be used to treat the lines between the eyes (frown lines or called the “11’s”), on the forehead, around the eyes, the chin, the nose, the neck and the lips.  Patients see the results for 3-6 months and have no down time after the procedure. Dr. Rand will consult with you to determine and achieve the results you are looking for.
